By checking each statement, I confirm that I fully understand and agree to the following:

I am committed to paying my GPN membership fees for a minimum of 3 months. If I fail to make the 3 payments, I will be responsible to pay any additional fees incurred by GPN to recover their fees.

I acknowledge that GPN does not make cold calls and that all leads must have requested a consultation with GPN; nor do we call leads outside the USA and Canada.

Any lead packages are a cost over and above the GPN membership fees.
