GPN's Business Building Consultant Role

A BBC is there to help our community to grow by helping those members who don't have the time, willingness or ability to follow up with people who have expressed an interest in our model and would like to speak with somebody. This is where we engage with the potential future members via live conversation, get to know them, find out what current pain points they are experiencing, what they are looking to accomplish with a home-based business or in within their lives in general, and help them to determine if our unique business model and Business Building platform is a good fit for them.

This is also a lucrative opportunity to make some additional income for yourself while you are building your own GPN membership and network marketing business of your choice. Each time you help one of our members enroll a new member into the GPN community you make an upfront commission. There is also a residual commission paid to you each month for every month the member stays in our community, which from our experience to date will be for a long time.

"Natural Conversations" and the principles taught by Mike Lewis will be the basis of your conversations with potential new members. You will need to attend the introductory coaching course with Mike Lewis before becoming a Business Building Consultant with GPN. We expect your ongoing participation in the weekly conference calls with various speakers as well as a review of the training material in the GPN back office. Every step of the way we will be there to support you and offer on-going training to ensure your success.

Most important is that you have a positive experience being a BBC. We place great emphasis on that because the happier you are the better you will be able to represent our culture of success through cooperation, social consciousness, kindness and unconditional support for each and every member.

As a BBC you need to keep a balance between doing what works for you and being accountable to those we serve. For that we have prepared a separate "Protocol" document that fully outlines the expectations, responsibilities and flow of processes involved in the BBC role, but don't worry as once you see the format and understand the implications to our members it will make sense to you as well.

We encourage everyone: to be yourself, to be authentic and to use common sense when connecting with the people who inquire about GPN. Ours is a model of cooperation versus competition that allows the GPN members and future members to proceed at a pace that is within their own comfort zone. No pushing, no hard selling and never telling someone what to do.
